You are new to VoIP telephony and have difficulty choosing the configuration that is right for you? Contact us and we will be happy to explain the different possibilities and help you select the best solution for your specific needs.

Convert and go!
Remember that it is possible for you to keep and convert your existing telephone number(s) to VoIP telephony for a flat $40 (or less, depending on contract length) one-time charge for each number conversion. See chart for list of exchanges which can be managed by Uni-Plus.
Additional notes
- This configuration option require that the number(s) used for such purpose be converted over to Uni-Plus. See chart for list of exchanges which can be managed by Uni-Plus. If you prefer retaining your phone number with the existing carrier, you can call forward your existing number to a number provided to you by Uni-Plus and we will convert the phone signal to computer VoIP service.
- The term "local" refers to a call where you need not dial 1 and therefore toll charges are not applicable.
- As Uni-Plus VoIP service is mobile, 911 service is handled differently than with traditional telephone 911 services. You are responsible for advising us each time you move your VoIP service so that your location may be updated and provided to 911 authorities. Please read the 911 Emergency Service terms of service containing important information.
