Fax to Email service
Yes, Uni-Plus is also doing its part in keeping our planet as green as possible by sending invoices by e-mail, by accepting online payments and now, by offering you the Fax to E-mail service.
This new service allows you to save paper (and trees!) by receiving all your faxes, converted to either PDF format files, directly in your inbox. Since most fax transmissions end up in the recycling bin or simply fade out after a couple of years (when printed on thermal paper), why not keep those copies *virtually* (pun) as long as you need them, on your PC.
- Fax to e-mail service: $18 per month for receipt of up to 250 faxes or 1000 pages. Extra pages are charged at 20¢ each.
Convert and go… or just keep it!
You wish to keep your present fax number? No problem! There are three convenient and worry-free ways you can benefit from the Uni-Plus fax to e-mail service:
- Get your fax number with us: Uni-Plus can assign you a virtual fax number* of your own, where all faxes received will automatically be converted and e-mailed to the address of your choice.
- Convert your existing fax number: Rather than assigning you a new number, Uni-Plus can convert your existing fax number* to the service described above. There is a $40 (or less, depending on contract length) one-time charge for each number conversion.
- Reroute your faxes our way: If you already have a fax machine and receive customer complaints that it is constantly busy, the fax to e-mail convertor may just be the perfect solution for you. Subscribe to your phone company’s call forwarding service on your present fax phone line and reroute your fax calls to Uni-Plus! We will convert and send them back to you by e-mail, making them accessible from anywhere you retrieve your e-mails. Your fax machine will remain connected to the same phone line but will be available full time to send faxes.
