With more than 23 years experience in the telecommunications field, Norman Bergeron worked at Bell Canada for 10 years in the field of Sales and Marketing, initially as a sales representative, then as Sales Manager and finally as Industry Market Manager where he developed telecommunications products and services specifically geared to the Canadian Transportation Industry of the 1980's. In 1994, he founded Uni-Plus where he has since invested all his efforts.

Aline Riopel, Manager - Customer Service
A member of the Uni-Plus team since 2003, Aline Riopel has worked in the telecommunications field for the past 24 years, the last 16 years for Télébec Ltd, where she held the positions of Customer Service Manager and subsequently Training Manager. Her expertise became instrumental in the implementation of a majority of the company's computer systems, allowing her to capitalize on her expertise and carry out consulting mandates in Uruguay for Sygma and CGI.

Richard Arbour, Representative - Customer Service
Richard Arbour's career at Bell Canada spanned 29 years, where he occupied different roles in the customer service department, initially with residential customers (10 years), then in the small business market (8 years), followed by a five year term in the department catering to the distribution and restoration trades. Richard then accepted a position at the call center for large businesses (4 years) where he helped organize internal sales campaigns and acted as facilitator during Champion group meetings. During the month of December, Richard volunteers his time as assistant coordinator for Nez Rouge (Chambly area), a position he has held for the past few years. Richard joined the Uni-Plus team in June 2005.

During her 32 year career at Bell Canada, Diane occupied many positions allowing her to gain expertise in different fields of the Telecommunication world. Her time at Bell includes 2 years as Sale Representative for small businesses. She concluded her career with 12 years as a Customer Service Representative with small, medium sized and large businesses. Diane joined the Uni-Plus team in July 2006.

Michelle Gauthier, Representative - Customer Service
Michelle Gauthier worked at Bell Canada for 31 years. Her main scope of expertise was with customer service (residential, Small, Medium Market and Large businesses). She occupied different positions during her career which allowed her to gain expertise in different fields in Telecommunications, mostly with commercial accounts. Michelle joined the Uni-Plus team in June 2010.
Lorraine Sicotte, Manager - Administration
Lorraine Sicotte, Manager - Administration
During her 29-year career at Bell Canada, Lorraine has filled several managerial positions in Customer Systems-Data, in Business Office and Collection as well as in Sales Support. She then pursued her career with other companies (Posicom, Metronet Solutions and AT&T / Allstream) where she continued to perfect her already impressive knowledge of the telecommunications world. Lorraine now brings to Uni-Plus her considerable experience in billing systems management.
Johanne Morin, Administrative Agent
Johanne Morin, Administrative Agent
Johanne Morin enjoyed a diversified 32-year career at Bell, where she worked in various departments including Operator services, Repair and outside plant engineering to Sales, working directly with large business customers as a Service Advisor. Her vast knowledge of the Centrex service got her promoted to a multi-disciplinary team in a brand new test centre dedicated exclusively to Centrex customers, where she remained 5 years. She then joined the Methods and Support Resource on Centrex group until her retirement. Johanne joined the Uni-Plus team in September 2009.
Gladys Scully, Manager - Human Resources
Gladys Scully, Manager - Human Resources
During her 32 years at Bell Canada, Gladys assumed a variety of assignments, including: customer service representative, the communications seminar, communications service advisor, and trade show management. While working as a service advisor, Gladys had the opportunity of working with Norman Bergeron on large-scale projects. Gladys joined the Uni-Plus team in 1994 and has been contributing since to the growth of the company.
